Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of yokaios.xyz, @Yokaigptbot, and the community, campaign, quest, referral, intelligence, reporting, and operational tools provided through Yōkai OS. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Yōkai service

Yōkai OS is a Telegram-native community operating system. Features may include project onboarding, community intelligence, approved project knowledge, referrals, quests, airdrops, campaign operations, leaderboards, reports, moderation, admin tooling, and project discovery.

Features may differ by project, community, plan, campaign, location, approval status, or stage of development.

2. Eligibility and Telegram access

You must meet the minimum age and other eligibility requirements that apply in your location and under Telegram's terms. You are responsible for protecting your Telegram account and for activity performed through it.

3. Community and project administration

Project administrators are responsible for the communities, information, permissions, campaigns, reward structures, public claims, and instructions they configure through Yōkai. Administrators must have authority to act for the relevant project or community and must keep project information accurate.

Yōkai may require owner approval before a project or community can activate advanced features. Access may be restricted, paused, or revoked when permissions cannot be verified.

4. Quests, campaigns, referrals, and rewards

Campaign rules, eligibility, reward pools, allocation methods, deadlines, verification requirements, and distribution obligations are set by the relevant project unless expressly stated otherwise.

Participation does not guarantee a reward, token, allocation, ranking, payment, or financial benefit. Users are responsible for submitting accurate information and complying with campaign rules. Projects remain responsible for funding, delivering, and legally operating their own rewards and campaigns.

5. No financial advice

Yōkai does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Project discovery, community observations, campaign information, rankings, scores, and recommendations are informational signals only. They are not endorsements, guarantees, or promises of profit.

6. Intelligence and automated outputs

Yōkai may generate project-aware answers, summaries, recommendations, scores, alerts, moderation signals, or operational suggestions using stored information, rules, and automated systems. These outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect and should be reviewed before important decisions are made.

Operational actions are designed to remain permission-gated and human-controlled. Yōkai does not guarantee that every message, submission, referral, or community event will be detected or processed without error.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Yōkai to:

• Commit fraud, impersonation, harassment, abuse, market manipulation, or other unlawful activity.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, stolen information, deceptive promotions, or prohibited content.
• Spam users, manipulate referrals or leaderboards, submit false proof, create fake accounts, or interfere with campaigns.
• Attempt to bypass permissions, access another project's data, reverse engineer protected systems, or disrupt the service.
• Misrepresent Yōkai outputs as guaranteed, independently verified, or official project statements when they are not.

8. Moderation and suspension

Yōkai may restrict, suspend, or remove access when necessary to protect users, communities, projects, campaigns, infrastructure, or legal compliance. Project administrators may also moderate users within their authorised project scope.

9. Third-party services

Yōkai depends on third-party services, including Telegram, Cloudflare, X, project websites, wallets, and other external platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Yōkai is not responsible for the availability, security, content, actions, or decisions of third-party services.

10. Intellectual property

The Yōkai OS name, mascot, visual identity, software, website content, and original product materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, impersonate, or commercially exploit them without permission.

Projects and users retain responsibility for content they submit. By submitting content for use in Yōkai, you grant the permissions reasonably necessary to process, display, moderate, and deliver that content as part of the requested service.

11. Availability and changes

Yōkai is an evolving service. Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. We may perform maintenance, introduce usage limits, change plan features, or update pricing. We will try to communicate material changes where reasonably possible.

12. Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Yōkai does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, campaign results, community growth, reward delivery, project quality, or the accuracy of third-party information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Users and projects remain responsible for their own conduct, decisions, compliance, campaigns, and agreements with third parties.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service develops. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continuing to use Yōkai after an update means the revised Terms apply to future use.
